The difference

Our Process

Each loaf is cold fermented for a minimum of 20 hours using sourdough culture and King Arthur Flour. No conditioners or preservatives are used. The fermentation process of water and flour break down the gluten protein, making the bread highly digestible, not to mention delicious.
No Shortcuts

Our Why

Authentic sourdough is pleasantly but not overly sour. Each item is made with love and I hope to bring clean baked good to this community. My goal is to bring back the simplicity of baking—just a few pure ingredients, the way it used to be.
